Letters to a Pre-Scientist pairs scientists with middle and elementary school students to discuss science careers, paths, and oppertunities through a pen pal program

Canadian Herpetological Society Toad Talks

The Canadian Herpetological Society matches herpetologists to groups who want to learn about reptiles and amphibians. So far I have virtually talked with 10 groups, including many Girl Guides troops across Canada

Skype a Scientist

Skype a Scientist is a program that matches scientists with classrooms around the world so that students can interact with a real scientist, and aims to make science more accessible. So far, I have Skyped over 20 schools, reaching more than 1000 children of various ages and abilities, most from underprivileged schools.

Hot Science, Cool Talks

Hot Science, Cool Talks pairs McGill researchers with high school and CEGEP classrooms for a discussion of their research and stories, and encourages plentiful participation from students.
